I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were cosy, very comfortable, and exactly what we wanted. They were of very high quality and offered a fantastic view of the mountains. The modern, simple yet very spacious design made our stay even more enjoyable. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very kind and helpful, whether at the reception or during peak times. I appreciated the availability of services at each post, including housekeeping, shops, welcome drink, and tours/ticket assistance. The location was perfect, being very convenient and attractive, as it was situated in the best area of the region, up to the picturesque lake Schwendiseen and close to the slopes. The dining experience was nice, relaxing, and friendly with good local yogurt; just missed a few more dining options during peak times. The facilities were excellent, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
